A special exhibition of ancient Chinese sports relics is now being held at the Kuahuqiao Museum in Xiaoshan district, Hangzhou.

The exhibition was jointly curated by the Kuahuqiao Museum and Sichuan Museum and contains a total of 105 selected ancient sports relics from 18 domestic museums.

The display provides insights into the origins of ancient Chinese sports, using artifacts supplemented by visual displays, textual explanations, and multimedia components.

The exhibition aims to explore the roots of Chinese ancient sports and interpret the cultural and humanistic spirit encompassing rituals, martial arts, entertainment, physical prowess, and artistic expression.

Its intention is to allow visitors to experience the profound and enduring legacy of Chinese sports culture, understand their richness, and recognize the vitality and vibrancy of the Chinese nation.
