On July 21st, the 7th International Symposium on Literary Translation by Chinese Scholars will kick off in Nanjing. 39 Chinese scholars and translators from 31 countries, along with 39 renowned Chinese writers, will gather in this "City of World Literature" to attend this event celebrating Chinese literature.?

Nanjing Newspaper Industry conducted an advance conversation with several participants. Han Dong, a winner of the Lu Xun Literature Award and a writer from Nanjing, said: "There is only one 'World Capital of Literature' in China, and Nanjing is particularly suitable for writers to live in."
