In 2025, foreign talents will be included in the scope of housing rent subsidies for key talents introduced to Tong'an District for the first time. Housing rent subsidies of up to 300 yuan, 1,000 yuan, 1,500 yuan and 2,000 yuan per month will be provided for foreign talents at different levels. The one-time living subsidy policy for newly introduced talents (foreign) will be actively implemented, and a one-time living subsidy of up to 80,000 yuan will be provided for foreign talents.
