Himaxx, the first warehouse-style outlet mall in Fengtai District, officially opened today (February 6). Covering an area of over 10,000 square meters, it is situated at Milan Life Plaza in Taipingqiao Subdistrict (10-1 West Third Ring South Road), right next to Liuliqiao Subway Station, which can be reached by Subway Line 9 or 10.

Himaxx adopts an open warehouse layout with a staff-less self-service model. It brings together more than 300 renowned Chinese and foreign brands across a wide range of categories, including sports and outdoor gear, fashion apparel, beauty and skincare products, and children's supplies. Most products are offered at discounts of over 50 percent off, with even bigger price cuts for selected items.

Only members can enter the mall. Customers can register for membership for free through the mall's official channel. For after-sales support, the mall adopts a 30-day unconditional return and exchange policy (excluding certain products) and provides an extended warranty on most products.
