In June this year, a merchant in Shenyang passed system testing and successfully processed the city's first transaction under the "refund-upon-purchase" policy for an American tourist. Starting on August 8, all tax-free stores have introduced this service, enhancing the convenience and satisfaction of overseas tourists in shopping, and ensuring that they can shop in Shenyang without any hindrance and with ease.

The tax-free goods cover over 10 categories including clothing, and cultural and creative products, with more than a thousand kinds of items.
