Shenzhen will upgrade the functions of the Free Trade Account
Shenzhen will optimize and upgrade the functions of the Free Trade Account (FT Account) and promote the trial of the electronic bill of lading (eBL) in the shipping and trade sectors. According to a statement released by the Ministry of Commerce on January 9, nine cities across the country, including Shenzhen, will be tasked with implementing 159 pilot measures, targeting key areas of the services sector such as telecommunication, healthcare and financial services to further open up China's services sector.
