Shenzhen's Qianhai unveiled the first "Enterprise Global Expansion Talent Service Center" in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area on November 22, attracting over 1,500 international talents and 41 leading companies offering more than 1,160 positions.

Jon Kolodychuk, a Canadian student studying Chinese at Peking University, flew from Beijing to participate. "With a background in finance and management consulting, I hope to contribute to tech companies like Tencent or Insta360," he shared. "Shenzhen is the most livable city in China for me, and I've decided to settle here long-term."

Hugo Nanninga, a global business representative from the Shenzhen-based company Flyking, attended with his colleague Janssen Gijs to recruit sales and procurement staff for European markets like Spain and France. "In just one hour, I've interacted with talents from over ten countries," Hugo said. "Exchanges like this are invaluable for building our team."

The event featured industry leaders in technology, supply chain, and advanced manufacturing, including Tencent and Insta360. Hong Kong-based companies also participated.
Beyond recruitment, the event integrated technology and culture, showcasing robotics demonstrations, tech product launches, and traditional craft exhibitions.

The new talent center is part of the "Shenzhen Go Global Business e-Station," designated as a provincial-level hub for supporting enterprises expanding overseas. The platform integrates 10 specialized service zones and over 200 institutional resources, serving 25,000 registered users and partnering with 44 overseas industrial parks across 32 countries.
The center aims to provide one-stop talent services, from recruitment to training, supported by the newly released Global Talent Service Guide and 50 tailored service packages.
