In order to further enhance the internationalization of Hangzhou city and attract overseas high-level talents and teams with high-tech projects to come to Hangzhou for innovation and entrepreneurship, the Hangzhou Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government have agreed to hold the 2023 Hangzhou Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition for Overseas Talents (hereinafter referred to as "the Competition").
