Changsha WES Academy is located in Changsha city, Hunan Province, and was founded in 2010. It was jointly established by the Changsha National Economic and Technical Development Zone Administrative Committee and WES Group of Singapore. We are the only international school in Hunan Province that has been approved by the PRC Ministry of Education and uses English as the education services for foreign children aged 2 to 18 years old.

We are an accredited member of the Council of International Schools (CIS), offering Cambridge Assessment International Education in addition to being an accredited examination centre and an International Baccalaureate (IB) World School. In 2023, Changsha WES Academy has officially become a member of ACAMIS (Association of China and Mongolia International Schools).
