At the bottom menu of HomeinChengdu WeChat Official Account, there are three top-level services—Discover, Handbook, and News.

01 Discover

After tapping “Discover”, five menu options will pop up. “Chengdu Gov” provides direct access to the English official website of the People’s Government of Chengdu Municipality; “Chengdu Discovery” guides you to the bilingual (Chinese and English) WeChat Official Account of Chengdu Discovery; “CD Entry & Exit” is linked to the English website of the Immigration Administration of Chengdu Municipal Public Security Bureau for foreign nationals; “China Job” redirects you to the English website of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security of China for comprehensive services for international talent; and “Go Chengdu” allows you to access the English website of Go Chengdu. These options provide you with comprehensive government affairs services.

02 Handbook

Tapping “Handbook” reveals five options, “Living Guide”, “Hello Chengdu”, “Tour”, “Business”, and “Life”, through which you can access and download the digital edition of the bilingual (Chinese and English) urban life handbook, Home in Chengdu Living Guide. We have prepared useful tips for details of your daily life in Chengdu.

03 News

Under “News”, you can find five options: “Working”, “Studying”, “Travelling”, “Living” , and “Shopping”. They provide the latest updates on employment opportunities, studying in Chengdu, travel, everyday life, and shopping, keeping you in sync with the city’s rhythm.
