Since 2024, Hangzhou has been exploring smart solutions to ease the burden of luggage during travel. The city’s cultural and tourism authorities introduced the “Easy Go” luggage service, the first of its kind in China. It follows a “l(fā)uggage travels with you” model, offering both storage and multi-point delivery options. Travelers can even enjoy the thoughtful “delivery to seat” service on high-speed trains.

In 2025, “Easy Go” continues to expand and upgrade.

Hangzhou has built a standardized and intelligent luggage service system, with a unified “Easy Go” brand logo. Leading logistics and storage companies like China Railway Express, SF Express, SuoSong, New Biaoju, Hive Box, XiaoTie, and Jiaku Mofang have joined the network.

To make things easier for global travelers, the international version of “Easy Go” is now online! Luggage Service is now available online through the city’s “AI Hangzhou” platform on Alipay. Just a few taps on your phone, and once you land, you can hand over your luggage to a staff member who’ll deliver it to your hotel, station, or seat.
