The Gaocheng Palace Lantern is a traditional handicraft from Gaocheng District, Shijiazhuang City, in Hebei Province. Originally used in the imperial palace, it later spread to the general public.
These lanterns are crafted with fine wood frames and adorned with silk gauze, featuring exquisite designs. Their unique shapes and vibrant colors are radiant and enchanting. Every line reflects the passage of time and the dedication of the artisans.
