Target Audience  

The services are aimed at foreign businesspeople who frequently engage in commercial and trade activities in Guangxi and make significant contributions to the region’s foreign trade cooperation. The policy also applies to their spouses and children. The inviting entities can include state-owned, private, and foreign-invested enterprises.

Facilitation Measures  

The Foreign Affairs Office of the Autonomous Region (ARFAO) will issue special visa invitation letters for eligible foreign businesspeople, along with their spouses and children. With these invitation letters, applicants can apply for a five-year multiple-entry visa from Chinese embassies or consulates abroad, with each stay lasting up to 180 days.This service is provided free of charge.

Application Process

1.Enterprises: Enterprises should identify the foreign businesspeople, along with their spouses and children, who need special visa services, and submit the application to the Foreign Affairs Office of the city where the company is registered. The city offices will then consolidate materials from local enterprises and report them to the ARFAO.

2.State-Owned Enterprises: State-owned enterprises in Guangxi can apply directly to the ARFAO for the special visa services for foreign businesspeople and their families.

3.The ARFAO will issue special visa invitation letters to the relevant foreign businesspeople.

4.Foreign businesspeople can use the invitation letter issued by the ARFAO to apply for a five-year multiple-entry visa, with a maximum stay of 180 days, at Chinese embassies or consulates abroad.
