The Zhenhailu Certificate Hall of the Xiamen Public Security Bureau's Exit-Entry Administration officially reopened recently after a three-month renovation. In the smart application zone on the third floor, ten all-in-one intelligent kiosks significantly reduce the average processing time for a single application from 10 minutes at manual counters to two to three minutes.
